Engage Reports/Dashboards

It would be great if there is a report to see which employees have signed into Engage via workspace or via the app and the frequency.

We are currently in the process of implementing and rolling out Engage to our entire workforce and we have no idea of who has actually accessed it and therefore unable to define how successful the implementation has been. We are also unable to see how often employees are accessing this so are unable to see the engagement following the initial log in.

Business Case

This is something that would not only impact us as an organisation but would also have an impact other clients. We would be able to identify where engagement is lacking and focus on these areas to ensure the product is being used to its fullest potential. This is of high priority for us (unsure if 1 or 5 is the highest priority)

    Hi Samuel,

    We have done the following for you:

    1. We've added a new insight in the Social Feed Analytics Dashboard called .... You can see at a department level who has accessed the app for the first time and drill into this data. You can also click on the three-dot menu in the insight and retrieve the full data set to analyse as you wish by selecting, show other and Employee Access Report then selecting download in the insight.

    2. We've also added another new insight that tracks posts and comments by Department, drill down into this data to see individual users or you can also download the full data of who HAS posted or commented within this insight by again clicking the three-dot menu, and selecting, show other and post and comments report then selecting download in the insight.

    In Access, we also track a Northstar Metric for staff and customer engagement over time. Adding this metric unfortunately isn't something we can arrange in as quick a turnaround as we have the above metrics, but I'd love to talk you through this metric sometime to see if it's something that would help you in the way it does us.

    I've put in a message to our developer to see if this is something that we could add easily for you.

    If not I'll put it in the ideas list for us to enable when we make some report changes.
